The 50th reunion was fabulous!  We all had so much fun!  I was sorry that I could not help as much as I would have liked to with the reunion committee this time, but I want to thank them for doing such a wonderful job! A special thanks to Margie for hosting so many of the meetings!  Have a wonderful summer!

Just heard about this from my brother, Sig ('66). I did 1st & 2nd grade at Medill with the Class of '68, 4th - 9th with the Class of '67 and finally 9th (again) - 12th at Tower Hill. After a 35 year career in worker health and safety, I have been working as an HVAC Tech for Southern States for 8 years in Elkton. Now half time and loving it! Cheers to all former classmates!

Hi Everybody.   I can hardly wait to see everybody in June, it has been way too long.  I married a Marine and we have been all over.  Our 3 kids are now "all over" as well.   I CAN'T believe it has been 50 years!   Where did that time go???   As soon as Greg retires, we are going to move back to Delaware, where we can be near a big airport, so our kids can come home in one leg.  I retired last year and am LOVING the freedom. See you all soon!            Madeline

What a wonderful reunion!  My husband and I loved the dinner at the country club.  It was great to see everyone!  I talked so much that I forgot to take pictures, but I will have great memories of this one.  I loved working with the reunion committee.  Everyone was so much fun that it didn\'t seem like working!  Thanks to everyone, especially Gail and Mike, for making it a great success!

I simply am overjoyed knowing that I'll be seeing all of you in a few days. My head is swimming with random memories of sweet times at NHS. Steven Bloom and I live in Redding, CT now--am a yoga teacher, beekeeper, gardener; love kayaking, playing tennis and having time for family. Eeks! Yes, I too am a grandmother and love it. I spent many years in marketing and advertising in the food industry and am happy to be at this stage of life. See you at the Deer Park!

Thanks to Gail Maclary Chickersky, who found me on Classmates.com or something like that, I'm going to crash the reunion, even though I moved away after 9th grade. It's amazing how often Newark shows up in my dreams - guess it's because I lived there longer than anywhere else in my childhood. It's a little scary to Go Home Again (they say you can't...) but I'm really excited and looking forward to catching up with old friends after all these years.

Don't know if I'll be there in September but hoping to make it. Here's to everybody who has worked so hard to put this reunion together. Wouldn't it be nice to turn back to clock and the gray hair and wrinkles for just a little while? 40 years eh! There's going to be mad rush in drugs stores throughout the country to buy hair dye and the latest fad diet plan to shed those 10 pounds or so in the weeks preceding this reunion....but in the end it will be worth it! Unfortunately 3000 miles will keep me from this event. Thank goodness....I don't think my heart could stand the strain! Hope all of you have a great time!

you all need to join us in 2007...who knows who will be around by our 45th or 50th! High school was such a unique, happy time (and didn't we baby boomers live in a famous era)...let's celebrate how much fun we had and all our terrific memories. I am always astounded to hear that others' high school years hold no special places in their hearts...NOT true for we Yellowjackets!
